Yes.. yes it is!
Licensing required to hunt:
-Federal Waterfowl Stamp
-Resident or Non-Resident Small Game Hunting License
-Kansas State Waterfowl Permit
-Kansas State HIP Certification
You will need to purchase all Kansas State and Federal licenses prior to your arrival
What to bring:
-Shotgun - 12 gauge recommended
-Ammunition (if you are at the west location)
-Hunting boots - warm/ waterproof
-outerwear - patterned camo outer layer and
warm under layers
-gloves-warm/waterproof recommended
-eye & ear protection
